Imprisonment and Anti-Imprisonment: A Nested Structure Explains the Origins of Life and Existence

AbstractHumankind has always sought to understand the essence of the universe and existence. Combining research on subatomic particles, neuroscience, and consciousness, this paper proposes, from a topological perspective, that all objective existence relies on topological structures: electrons form an energy-locking topology through a figure-8 electromagnetic standing wave combined with intrinsic drift; matter evolves step by step to form life, and complex life gives rise to consciousness through nested neural structures. The dynamic interplay between confinement and anti-confinement is the core source of life’s continuity; all life phenomena are emergent products of topological systems. Furthermore, the world contains no a priori, pre-determined meaning of life. This paper concludes that artificial intelligence based on the von Neumann architecture lacks the intrinsic structure inherent to life and is therefore incapable of replicating true subjective consciousness. This study constructs a self-consistent framework that integrates microscopic physics, the evolution of matter, and theories of life and consciousness, providing a new paradigm for reconciling classical and quantum physics and exploring the origin of life.
